The 3 Faced One is an ongoing project that represents the soul embodied.

When the head, heart and gut are open and aligned to the cosmic forces of nature, the being is a living, breathing, embodiment of soul, a channel of possibility.

Years of stomach concerns, led me one day in 2020 to envision a hole in my stomach with my inner vision. From there I saw a hole in my heart and head develop.

I could feel that there was a very clear connection between my head, heart and gut in achieving trance, and feeling healed. 

I followed the thread which took me to working with clay where my fingers created a small statues with three holes, each symbolising the three centres of the body. 

Something had shifted in my awareness and I noticed an openness and relaxed state of grace, which has taken years to unravel and led not only my stomach issues to be resolved, but other quite unexpected, magical things to happen. 

The symbol speaks of uniting the echoes of the past (gut) with visions of the future (head) to the current moment (heart) - all connected through time and space to one focal point.

The moment where the feeling of soul lands through awareness and connectivity.

I am in the process of completing a book 'The 3 Faced One: A World Ensouled' as well as leaving 3 Faced One clay figurines around the world as talismans for greater capacity for humans to feel soul in body on earth. 

My goal is to be invited to different places around the world to use local materials and people to create 3 Faced One sculptures and share its philosophy and praxis.  

Truth be told, I think it might be my life's work.
